Common questions

Does it replace my CRM?+

No. Decision Hub is the post-estimate conversion layer that sits on top of whatever you already use. Keep your CRM, keep your quote tool, keep your sales process.

Is the customer's approval a binding contract?+

No. We frame it explicitly as 'soft acceptance — intent to move forward.' The hub itself says so. You confirm install scheduling and any final paperwork the normal way.

What if the customer doesn't have email?+

Every hub has a clean public link. You can text it to them yourself, or share it however you normally communicate. The email is the convenience layer — not the only path.

Will they need to log in?+

No login on the read side. The link itself is the access. For the two sensitive actions (approve and upload another quote), we send a 6-digit code to the customer's email so the wrong person can't approve on their behalf.

Can I customize what each customer sees?+

Yes. The dashboard editor has per-section controls for why-we-recommended, included items, install timeline, FAQ, warranty, financing terms — all per hub. A live preview iframe shows the customer view next to your edits.
